What to include

If you are reporting a broken page, include the page URL and the link text you clicked. If you are suggesting a category change, include the product type and the page where it would help.

Short, specific notes are easiest to act on. A message such as “the bags link opens the wrong type of result” is more useful than a broad request to check the whole site.

Before sending order questions

For product availability, shipping price, account access, returns, payment, or parcel tracking, use the website where the order or listing actually appears. Litbuyspreadsheet.ca cannot look up private orders or change third-party product pages.
